- Cash payments – fill out LETTER OF INTENT and return to your Coach or Coach Cleveland
- Check payments – fill out LETTER OF INTENT and turn in four checks (one dated 4/5, one post dated 5/5, 6/5 and 7/5) and return to your Coach or Coach Cleveland
- Credit Card payments – fill out LETTER OF INTENT and CREDIT CARD FORM and return to your Coach or Coach Cleveland
